At least 3 years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical and implementation experience with the following required skillset:
- Core HR configuration
- Fusion Value sets, Lookups, Descriptive Flex fields (DFF), Key Flex Fields (KFF), Personalization, Fast Formulas and EL expressions
- OTBI Analytics & Dashboards, BI Publisher reports, bursting techniques
- Outbound interfaces using HCM Extracts
- Sound knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, XML
- HDLs, Spreadsheets Loaders & Payroll Batch Loaders for data conversion and loading
- BPM Workflow reports, REST & Web Services
